Mandatory Instructions:
Candidates must bring the following items:
1. Documents - Both original and photocopies (xerox) of all required documents.
Certificates to be attached along with the admission form:
• Date of Birth (matriculation)
• Graduation Marks Card
• Provisional-Cum-Character Certificate from the last attended university,
• Migration Certificate in case University of Kashmir is not the previous attended university
• Reserved Category Certificate (if any)
2. Photographs - Three (03) recent passport-size photographs.
3. Affidavit - An affidavit duly attested by a 1st Class Judicial Magistrate.
File Cover:
All the above items should be placed in a proper file cover for submission and to safeguard original documents during submission.
Mess Charges:
In addition to the Chalans generated, Candidates are required to deposit Rs. 6000/- (@Rs.3000/- per month for 02 months) for the cooperative mess in cash. Ensure compliance with these instructions to avoid any inconvenience.
